The VMFP Government Affairs Committee developed a survey for veteran and family member candidates to complete. They also used an issues questionnaire to determine the candidate’s position on VMFP veterans issues. Once completed the Committee used a scorecard system to determine who rates the highest on VMFP issues. The Candidate that emerges with the best score receives VMFP Endorsement, and volunteer support for the Campaign. Individual members may, of course, make financial contritbutions to any candidate, but VMFP will not as an organization.
